It is with a heavy heart we inform you that at 11pm on the evening of 2nd January 2019, a fire broke out at Gili Lankanfushi. They worked with local authorities to contain the fire as quickly as possible, unfortunately a considerable area was damaged.

Thankfully all of the guests and hosts have been accounted for and are being evacuated from the island with alternative accommodation arranged by Gili Lankanfushi.

They will be extending two options of comparable standard to Gili Lankanfushi for all guests with future bookings. Our assistance for the search of alternative accommodation will be for as long as required.

For guests who would like to proceed with their visit, we will assist in every way we can to arrange alternative accommodation.

For guests who wish to withdraw their booking, we will proceed with a full refund for their stay.

Our hearts go out to the Gili Lankanfushi team who we work with very closely. We would all like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
